I have finished the race....

At this moment if you are thinking of making a come back to the Father in heaven, do not wait anymore. Where ever you are and no matter how long you have been running away from Him. Make a U turn. And begin your first step home. Close your eyes right and tell God the Father, “Father I want to come home. Hold my hand and lead me home.” Tell Him how much you miss Him. God knows your heart more than the words you can express. Continue your prayer by saying “ Jesus I miss you so much.” If you feel like crying, let go, let the tears flow…. GOD understand the language of your tears.

My friend, I do not know what is your condition and how is your situation. I do not know how far have you been running away from GOD. Nevertheless one thing that I know, GOD loves you unconditionally. Don’t worry about whether you could make it or you could not make it. Don’t worry about your strength. And don’t worry about your weaknesses. You might think it is useless effort. You might think, even if you make it, you are going to fall again. Don’t believe the lie of the devil. The moment you say YES LORD!! I want to come home. All the power in heaven and on earth will be given to you.
And remember, Philippians 4:13 Paul says "I can do everything through him (Christ) who gives me strength." You are not alone. He is right beside you. Holding your hand and will not let it go, until you make it.

Finally, you will be able to say like what Paul said “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing” (2 Tim 4:7-8).

Amen!

I am sorry

It is never easy for us to say “I am sorry” In fact “sorry” is the most difficult word to come out of our mouth. It is all due to our pride and ego. Many marriages do not experience the optimum happiness because neither the husband nor the wife is humble enough to admit that they are wrong and ask for forgiveness. Besides having good communication, I believe to say “sorry” is another most important key in keeping a harmonious relationship.

Confessing our wrong and sins to one another is an open door to God’s divine healing and restoration. James 5:16 says “Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.”
What make our prayer powerful and effective? By being “righteous”. What make us a righteous man? By confessing our sins to one another.

Think of someone whom you have offended, go to them and tell them “I am sorry”. You shall see the healing power of GOD flowing into your relationship.

Life Is Not Always Easy

God never promise there is always be sunshine. Neither has He said, "Once you have accepted Me as your Lord, life will be smooth going!" But what He promised is to give us strength when we are weak. It has been always be the attitude of mankind since the beginning of creation. When thing goes wrong or does not appear according to their expectation, they start pointing their finger on someone, even GOD. Blaming the situation, blaming others, and blaming God.

However, we always forget that many times God uses circumstances, situations and peoples to draw us closer to Him. And to make us stronger. God rebukes whom He calls children.

Next time when problems come your way, know this one thing, GOD IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU!

What You Sow, You Shall Also Reap

If only I know it is going to be like this…..

Many of us start complaining when things did not turn out the way we want it to be. But do you know that most of the suffering we suffer today is due to our stupidity in the past. We reap what we sowed. What you are today, is due to what you’ve sown yesterday. If you do not sow a mango seed, you will not get a mango tree. And if you sow a mango seed, you won’t get a banana tree. So you see, what you sow, you shall also reap. This is the law of the nature.

Therefore my friend watch out what you sow in your life today. Because when the time come, you shall surely reap what you've sown.

Where is my First Love?

When you are in love with someone, everyday, every minute, and every beat of your heart, you just want to be with him. No rain, no thunderstorms, no hurricanes, no earthquakes or what so ever could ever stop you from thinking of him. You are willing to travel miles away just to meet him. And each time the telephone ring, you will rush after it, and start talking for hours. Everything seems to be so sweet and so beautiful.

But after many years later, you find that the feeling is beginning to disappeared. Why? It is because lack of communication and attention. In any relationship, each individual has a part to play. Just like a plant, need to be nurtured, the same goes to a relationship. It needs to be nurtured.

When we first met Jesus… we were so in love with Him. All we want to do is to serve Him and to please Him. The feeling is the same like when we are in love with someone. In fact it is even stronger. We were so willing to do anything for the Lord.

Unfortunately, after many years we begin to forget our First Love. The love we have for Jesus is no longer there. In the past we serve Him because we love Him, motivated by love. But today, we serve Him out of obligation.

Now ask yourself, do you still love Him as much as you first met Him?

Take a first step today to make a come back.

The Father in heaven is waiting for you.
